Mary Underwood, current administrator and instructor for Dance Arts Camp
of Maryland, is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of
Education. She has been a dance instructor for 45 years. She founded and served as Artistic Director of Underwood Dance Theatre in Pittsburgh from 1965 - 1987. She served as Co-Director of ACT (arts competition) in Oclebay Park, West Virginia for 23 years. "Mrs U" directed over 35 original children's ballets and community productions and is well known in her home area as a private dance coach, master class instructor and choreographer.
