Beverly began dancing at the age of six in her native Michigan and went on to study in Chicago and New York. On stage she performed in musicals such as Once Upon A Mattress and Dames at Sea. Other professional dance jobs included Night Clubs and Industrials Shows.
Beverly has choreographed Li'l Abner, Oliver, The Fantastics, The Music Man, Fiddler on the Roof, Annie Get Your Gun, A Funny Thing Happened On the Way To The Forum, Funny Girl, Side by Side by Soundheim, and Oklahoma, to name a few.
For three years Beverly produced and directed ballets in connection with "Santa's World" at the Venice Little Theatre, and also directed the Miss Venice Pageants. In addition, she was Dance Director for the Venice Little Theatre Summer Workshops for three years. Beverly is a past President of the Sun Coast Dance Alliance and a member of Dance Educators of America.
Beverly owned her first dance studio in Michigan where she taught for 15 years. For the last 29 years she has been the Owner/Director of Starz Choice Dance Academy in Venice, formerly Beverly School of Dance.
